Amy is a Gallup Certified Global Strengths Coach and an Affiliate of Strengths Savvy, LLC. Amy is also the founder of Aimers Workshop, LLC (https://aimersworkshop.com) which offers personal strength-based coaching. She is passionate about supporting others in their development of confidence and clarity by recognizing and leveraging their unique talents.
Early on Amy’s work experience was in international logistics and finance. Then she followed her entrepreneurial instincts and spent several years launching and growing a global prestige skincare business. Through that business she has supported hundreds on entrepreneurs in their own successful business start ups. Amy understands what it takes to start a business, meet the challenges and achieve a high level of success. Amy has managed 12 relocations of her family which include both domestic and international residences. She sees change as an opportunity for positive growth and development. Her exposure to strength-based coaching began in her faith community. Amy encourages the application of strength-based coaching to extend beyond the work environment and into one’s most meaningful personal relationships.
Amy graduated Cum Laude from Sweet Briar College with majors in Spanish and Economics. She is an All-American Lacrosse player and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa society. Next she earned her MIM (Masters of International Management) degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Additionally, she is the founder and leader of the Living Your Strengths program at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, Austin TX. Amy enjoys coaching, volunteering her time in her community, working with non-profits and many days you’ll catch her out on the tennis court.
